BASIC GOUDA GRILLED CHEESE
I love cheese. Melt it on some bread and boom,
The Classic Grilled Cheese.
Some of the best cheeses for melting are:
Asiago, Cheddar, Colby, Fontina, Gouda, Gruyère, Havarti, Monterey Jack, and Muenster. Blue cheeses and soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert also melt well once you remove the rind.
Add any of the following ingredients and pimp your grilled cheese.
Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
Shredded cooked Chicken
Chopped Red Peppers
Whole grain Mustard
Crisp Green Apple Slices
