 SAUSAGE & POTATO SKILLET

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-16 oz. kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
  • 5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 large onions, cubed
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until they are almost cooked through, but still firm. 
  2. Heat olive oil in pan over med heat.
  3. Add potatoes & onions and season with salt & pepper.
  4. Cook over medium heat (stirring frequently) until potatoes are tender & lightly browned.
  5. Add garlic and sausage & cook until sausage is browned to your liking.
  6. Adjust seasonings, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
