SAUSAGE & POTATO SKILLET
INGREDIENTS
1-16 oz. kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced
5-6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 large onions, cubed
3 Cloves of Garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil
Parsley (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatoes in salted water until they are almost cooked through, but still firm.
Heat olive oil in pan over med heat.
Add potatoes & onions and season with salt & pepper.
Cook over medium heat (stirring frequently) until potatoes are tender & lightly browned.
Add garlic and sausage & cook until sausage is browned to your liking.
Adjust seasonings, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
