For, Son of the Soil, Chef Dwain Rufus Williams’, the culinary arts are his life and his passion. Trained in the Netherlands Chef Dwain has shared this passion for cooking on Anguilla, in Scotland and in London. While working at Michelin Star Restaurants, Chef Dwain's dream was to return home and share his love of culinary arts. Now at Butter Fish, he fuses local culture with International flair that is sure to satisfy everyone.
